SSH Access Availability on HostNext Hosting Packages
Overview
HostNext provides SSH (Secure Shell) access on selected hosting packages, allowing clients to securely connect to their hosting accounts and manage files, execute commands, and perform supported technical tasks.
Our SSH connection port is 1978.
Hosting Packages That Support SSH
SSH access is available on the following hosting packages:

Plus Plan

All Unlimited Plans
Clients using these packages can connect to their hosting accounts through an SSH client such as PuTTY.
Hosting Packages That Do Not Support SSH
SSH access is not available on the following packages:

Starter Package
If you require SSH access, please consider upgrading to a hosting package that supports this feature.
How to Connect Using PuTTY
To connect to your hosting account using PuTTY:

Open PuTTY on your computer.

Enter your hosting server's hostname or IP address.

Set the connection type to SSH.

Enter 1978 as the port number.

Click Open to initiate the connection.

Log in using your hosting account's SSH credentials when prompted.
Please ensure that SSH access is enabled for your hosting package and that you are using the correct server details and login credentials.
